Side lunge – 30 sec
Sumo squat with dumbbell – 30 sec
Deadlift with dumbbell – 30 sec
Repeat 3x

Woodchop with weight – 30 sec
Regular plank – 30 sec
Reverse crunch – 30 sec
Repeat 3x

Donkey kicks – 30 sec
Toe reaches – 30 sec
Supermans – 30 sec
Repeat 3x
