WOW. Who knew that eating clean could taste so good?! I love those protein balls that you see on Pinterest, but let’s face it, they’re really high in sugar (even the “clean” kind). So I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a protein bite/ball (whatever shape you want!) that had no added sugar. That’s right, no: honey, stevia, xylitol, etc. I found that adding 1 tbsp. of mashed banana did the trick. Yep, ONE TABLESPOON! It’s a miracle really. ;)
