Healthier Peanut Butter

This peanut butter recipe will send you straight to heaven. It is SO GOOD. Before you turn up your nose at the recipe, give it a shot. As many of you know, I am a huge advocate for beans. Many Americans do not get enough fiber. Easy fix? Mix legumes into your food- even desserts!
3/4 cup chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/3 cup almond milk or soy milk
1-2 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 scoop PB flavored protein powder
1-3 drops vanilla cream stevia (or regular works fine too!)
Blend chickpeas in food processor until chopped. Add milk and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
Store in fridge. This can be used as a dip at parties served with fruit, veggies, pretzels, etc. It can also be mixed with morning oats or eaten like frosting. Enjoy!
