My Top Favorite Smoothie/Shake Recipes

Carrot Protein Shake 1 scoop protein powder 3/4 cup fresh carrot juice 1/4 cup fresh spinach juice (I just juice them together) 1 small frozen banana 4 ice cubes Dash of Cinnamon (or try pumpkin pie spice) Blend everything together and enjoy.

 Spinach Smoothie 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries 2 giant handfuls of spinach3/4 - 1 cup almond milk 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla flavor) 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter 4-5 ice cubes Blend all ingredients except ice together. Once everything is blended, add ice and blend again. Makes one large glass plus a little refill.

 Tea Shake 1 cup of brewed tea (a sweet flavor like caramel tea or sugar-cookie tea), cooled 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla flavor) 1 large handful of ice cubes A few drops of stevia sweetener (or honey), optional. Blend together and enjoy!

 Banana Oatmeal Smoothie 2 whole Chiquita Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel) 2 cups Ice 1/3 cup greek yogurt 1/2 cup Cooked oatmeal 1/3 cup Almonds A few drops of Stevia or honey for sweetness Pour all ingredients in blender pouring ice in last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smoothie thickens. **You can add protein powder if desired
