Cookie Dough Blizzard!!

I love DQ.  I love soft serve.  BUT have you ever read the nutritional facts on those puppies?  It's definitely not clean eating that's for sure.  Well, I stumbled upon this recipe a while ago on Eye It Try It so I just had to edit it and now share it with all of you! :)

Raw Cookie Dough Bites

1/2 cup raw unsalted almonds
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 tbsp (a little less) pure honey
1/8 cup 80% dark chocolate chips

In a food processor, add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until well combined.
Remove into a large bowl and add the chocolate chips. With your hands, form small, bite size balls.
Store in the freezer.

Cookie Lover’s Blizzard

2 bananas
Splash of almond milk
1 tbsp cookie dough (from above)

In a food processor, add chunks of frozen banana.
Process bananas, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
Add cookie dough (before stored in freezer) and process until combined and yields a soft serve-like consistency (you can process it with less time if you prefer it chunky).
Top with more cookie dough bites.

Serves: 2 or 3

**Plus, there will be extra cookie dough bites (MAYBE...). Save in freezer.
