Pumpkin Pie Protein Drink
(Post-Workout muscle repair)

Everyone loves pumpkin pie, but let's face it... It's sugar and carb laden. Not good. :/ Here's a recipe I kinda made up to satisfy my pumpkin craving plus repair my muscle before (or after) a good workout.

3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
Nutmeg (to taste)
Cinnamon (to taste)
Xylitol (if you want it sweeter)
7 ice cubes

Blend everything together. Enjoy:)
